Research states that the best way to combat bullying is to create a positive school culture. For many years now, students at Thomas Jefferson School have been striving to be T.R.R.F.C.C. (terrific) students by practicing the six pillars of character: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring and Citizenship. Each month students select a classmate that has exemplified the six pillars. These students are recognized at a monthly Student of the Month assembly.
