Annual Reviews and Reevaluations
The IEP must be reviewed annually (or more often if
necessary) to determine if it continues to be appropriate
for the student. The IEP Team includes at least:
- The parent
- The CST Case Manager
- At least one general education teacher (for students
who are likely to be in general education)
- A special education teacher
Every three years, at a minimum, this group must decide
whether additional testing is needed to evaluate the
student's progress and contribute new information to
decisions about his or her program and placement. This
process is called a reevaluation.
