CHANGE ORDERS
After a contract has been signed, only the Board of Education can issue a change order. This holds true whether or not the change would add to the cost of the project. Only the Business Administrator/Board Secretary may, in situations which would adversely affect the construction schedule, approve a change order and present the change to the Board of Education at the next scheduled meeting.
