CONSTRUCTION; BIDS/CONTRACTS
In general, all contracts or agreements which require public advertisement for bids shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. However, the Board of Education reserves the right to reject any bids. Only the Board of Education can approve contracts. The board attorney shall review contracts as requested by the Board of Education.
