The Board of Education shall strive in every way possible to provide an appropriate educational
program for every pupil enrolled.
When necessary, the regular program shall be altered or supplemented or other means used to
provide for the identified needs of the following pupils:
- Those classified as eligible for special education and related services
- The gifted and talented
- Those requiring compensatory or remedial programs
- The disaffected and alienated
- Pregnant pupils
- Pupils requiring home instruction
