SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS
The Board of Education shall strive in every way possible to provide an appropriate educational program for every pupil enrolled. When necessary, the regular program shall be altered or supplemented or other means used to provide for the identified needs of the following pupils:
