All substantive allegations of illegal behavior or activities affecting the Morris School District by anyone associated with the school district shall be reported to the proper authorities.
- If such behavior or activities are those of Morris School District employees or students, reporting shall be provided in the policy manual.
- If there are questions or uncertainties, the employee observing the behavior or activities, or receiving the information shall consult with his/her immediate supervisor.
- If the employee's supervisor or superior is the potential target the employee shall not inform that person, but shall, instead inform that person's immediate supervisor.
- If such behavior or activities are those of other than Morris School District employees, the employee observing the activities or behavior or receiving the information form the source closest to the alleged illegality shall inform the police department.
