Pupils shall conduct themselves in classrooms, halls and on school grounds with due regard for safety,
property and the rights of others.
Codes of behavior for pupils have been developed and promulgated.
Teachers are responsible for the conduct of their classes at all times except when another member of the
professional staff assumes direct control in accordance with current administrative procedures, or a non-certified
staff member has been assigned a particular responsibility.
All teaching staff members are responsible for maintaining good order in the school. Any teaching staff
member may question any pupil about misconduct in the school at any time and in any place. Rules and
regulations pertaining to pupil conduct in the classroom and about the school must be enforced by everyone
with equal diligence.
