REPORTING TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS
The primary purpose of parent/guardian school communication concerning individual pupils shall be to assist both parents/guardians and staff to achieve a fuller understanding of the quality and direction of the pupil's learning, so that parents/guardians and staff may be increasingly helpful to and supportive of the pupil. It is most important that such communication be timely and appropriate. Procedures for reporting to parents/guardians shall include, but not be limited to:
