RETIREMENT
The Board of Education will abide by state and federal law in the matter of retirement age. In the event that the Board of Education has any jurisdiction, it will decide on a case-by-case basis. However, mandatory retirement age for Morris School District employees assigned the duties or position of school bus driver shall be determined by law.
