TENURE
It is the policy of the Board of Education that aides, custodial and maintenance personnel, and other employees for whom tenure is not mandated by law be employed on an annual contract basis with the provision that renewal is a prerogative of the Board of Education. It is not the intent of the Board of Education to provide tenure status to any employee in these categories.
