Employment of Summer/Temporary Personnel It is also the desire of the Morris School District Board of Education to avoid both the reality and the appearance of conflict of interest in employment of Summer/Temporary personnel. Refer to Policy 4112.8, Nepotism for hiring and approval requirements. Upon proper advertising of open positions and the development of a pool of qualified candidates for open positions, appointments shall be made considering the following priorities:
