CONTRACT
Following the recorded roll-call majority vote of the full membership of the Board of Education of Morris School District by which the Board of Education appoints a teaching staff member to the school system for a school year or part thereof, the president of the Board of Education shall execute, on behalf of the Board of Education, a contract with the non-tenured teaching staff member, in triplicate, in the form recommended by the state Department of Education. All tenured personnel shall be issued salary notification statements by the Superintendent indicating the name of the employee and giving a concise explanation of their contractual salary of the coming school year. The contracts of all non-tenured certified employees shall be executed by the president of the Board of Education on behalf of the Board of Education and shall contain a termination clause of 60 days’ notice. All extra pay contracts shall be in contract form and shall be signed by the Superintendent. All full year extra pay contracts shall contain a termination clause of 60 days’ notice.
