DEPOSITORY
At its annual organizational meeting or as necessary, thereafter, the Board of Education shall select one or more banks or bank and trust companies to serve as the depository or depositories of school funds. Such selection shall require an affirmative vote of a majority of the full membership of the Board of Education.
