In situations requiring immediate administrative action for which the Board has no applicable
written policy, the Superintendent shall have the power to act in the best interests of the Morris
School District. The Superintendent’s decisions shall be subject to review by the Board at its
next regular meeting.
It shall be the duty of the Superintendent to inform the Board president of any such action
promptly and also of the need for the Board to develop written policy.
