PUBLIC ACTIVITIES INVOLVING THE BOARD
The Board of Education alone shall determine the extent of its participation in activities and functions of a civic, social or charitable nature. It may, however, appoint an official Board representative or authorize a staff or student representative to attend these functions. Only officially appointed representatives, whether Board Members, or appropriate staff or pupils, shall be reimbursed for pre-approved expenses.
