Morristown High School Tenor Saxophonist Ben Kovacs will travel to Groningen, Netherlands for a week of study at the internationally-renowned Prins Claus Conservatory. Ben will participate in classes and jam sessions as a guest of the "New York comes to Groningen" program. In addition to instruction from a world class Dutch faculty, each student receives lessons from visiting New York jazz faculty. Each instructor shares his professional experiences directly with the students in theory and history classes, ear training ensembles, big band and master classes.
